Customer satisfaction is the main requirement for any business. If you will satisfy them by providing best products and service, your business will grow by leaps and bounds.
But here there is one question: How will you provide best products and service to the customer?
There are two cases for this question:
- If you are running one man business then you need to provide these services by yourself\
- If you are not one man business then you need to provide these services and good qualitied products with the help of your employees.
Here in first case you are the only person who is handling business. So you need to be careful to while providing service and product.
But in second case, you are providing service or product to your customer with the help of your employees. They are providing your services or products to the customer because you are paying them for this. This post is specially for this kind of business.
“I have hired this employee. Now he will do whatever I will ask him to do for my business.”
This is the common thinking of many employers. They are thinking that they have hired the employee, they can do whatever they want with their employees. They can shout on their employees at any place or can do anything with their employees even if employee has done mistake or not. This is the wrong thinking of employers. Because this can cause negative impression on your employee(s) and this impression can affect your business growth, too.
Now you will say how will this effect your business growth? If you will dissatisfy your employee(s). He may start giving bad service to your customer or slow down product development or can degrade quality of your product. Now a days, they can also start writing against you with the help of social sites like twitter, facebook and many other sites. In current time, many customers are buying products from a particular company by reading reviews on Internet. If they will find any negative review about your company then your know the result of this.
So in short I want to say that satisfy your employee. If they have done mistake punish them but not in cruel way find some good way so that both of you need not have to suffer for anything.

- Listen To Your Employees
- Never Shout on Your Employee in Public
- Give Best Employee Awards
- Arrange Enjoyment Parties
- Listen To Your Employees: Always listen to your employees. There might be some good suggestions for your business. If there is good suggestion then follow them. If they have any other problems then also listen to them and if you have solution of the problem then suggest them. But never ever ignore them. If you will ignore them while they are talking with you then it can create negative impression on them.
- Never Shout on Your Employee in Public: If you are shouting on your employees, then leave this habit. This can create big problems with you and your business. If your employee has done any mistake, take him to some place where no one is there and discuss with them. If possible don't try to shout on him and solve the problem quietly.
- Give Best Employee Awards: Give best Employee Awards to your employees. For getting this awards your employees will give you best output.
- Arrange Some Enjoyment Parties: Your employees will get bore by working for whole week. You need to refresh their mood by providing some enjoyment session like movies, party, game day etc. By this mood of your employee will get refreshed and will work for you with more power.
